Do you think this is an excellent business strategy or an outdated approach?

This company has been around almost 40 years and makes millions yearly.

This is there sales process:

They spend millions in advertising with no pricing and the CTA bribe call for a brochure

The market is huge so the leads call in requesting a brochure. The company employs salespeople that are supposed to convert that lead into a sale in a one-call close.

Not only that, but the product is priced at about twice as much as the nearest competitor.

Needless to say, the employee turnover rate is ridiculous.

What’s your opinion?

To me, it seems like a company that somehow does well despite some suboptimal methods.

Are you considering buying it? Because I would say there’s a lot of opportunity for quick improvement based on the riddle. Therefore unrealized value.
