my name is Kevin and I’m from Germany.
Over the past few years, I’ve read several books about finance and entrepreneurship, and that’s how I came across The Millionaire Fast lane. I really enjoyed it because it challenges a lot of conventional ideas about money and business, and I found myself identifying with many of the concepts more than in other finance books.
I’m married, have a young daughter, and after finishing my mechanical engineering degree I decided to become self-employed. I run a small company in the automotive sector, specializing in wheel repair. The business has been running solidly for a few years now — I make low six-figure annual revenue, which allows me to live comfortably, take nice vacations with my family, and save a bit on the side.
However, I’ve realized, just like the book describes, that my current model still means I’m trading time for money. That’s why I’m interested in exploring new opportunities or maybe restructuring my existing business to make it more scalable and independent. I’m still at the beginning of that journey and looking to learn, gather information, and get some inspiration.
I joined this forum hoping to get honest feedback from people with experience and to have discussions about business models and ideas.
