I was walking to school when I was thinking of the ever increasing suicide rates of young men (and women too!) around the world. Where have we failed? Why are are people ending their infinitely valuable lives? Even from a selfish perspective, you can also think what they could have produced for you!
From the third world? Look outside your window! So many people are sick and dying, they need you! (I don't think the lack of doctors is actually the problem)
This is why I wrote this post where I thought money is simply just a problem-solving labour coupon that allows a 8-billion-man teamwork. And it's a it's a BEAUTIFUL tool. Think of what makes money valuable, that's because it can be exchanged for all the commodities, tools and information produced by problem solvers that gives purpose, motivation, goals and HAPPINESS to other people's lives. And all these poor men killing themselves could have helped you reach these goals with what they've produced.
This is just damning evidence that the world NEEDS YOU! Right now!
Anyways, these are just some of my thoughts, I don't know if it's correct or not.
It's becoming obvious to me that business has never been about the money. Hence, being from a "third-world" country like me, or "I need money to make money!" are invalid excuses.
