Hi Fastlaners,

Recently started reading The TB12 Method book and so far it's great. Even if you don't like Tom Brady, you can still learn something from him.

I'll post a follow up later on with the top ideas I come across.

Just out of curiosity, have any of you ever tried the TB12 method?

I really want to but I’ve been focusing on a few other health challenges lately. I look forward to your write up!
