Not sure about the position you are applying for, but tech companies bring visa workers in to "do the jobs Americans simply cannot do." You know, stuff like math, and technology, and querying a database (something I learned in 3 months). You will see what I am talking about if you walk around downtown Seattle and get a glimpse of Amazon, Microsoft, and other tech companies arguing there are no qualified workers in America. Use the job as a stepping stone (as they will only use you), but you have the right idea to get away from the job market as fast as possible.
Why is the probability of visa workers more qualified than Americans? If you learned that stuff so quick, then I don’t see why people here can’t learn it too?
