The most difficult thing about entrepreneurship

I recently began my journey as an entrepreneur. I have decided to really focus all my efforts on becoming a great one. I even quit my job at the local supermarket. Although there were a lot of things that I knew would be hard (insecurities, lack of motivation, etc.), there is one belief that is very hard for me to get out of my system; being productive. As an employee, I got paid by the hour. So, the more hours I worked, the more money I would receive. You subconsciously program yourself to link productivity with how many hours you work. But as an entrepreneur, this, obviously, doesn't hold. You don't get paid for the hours you worked but for the output and the quality of it. This shift in mindset was (and still is) very difficult to remind myself of. This was one of the hardest things to deal with in my entrepreneurial journey. I am curious to learn what you guys think as the most difficult aspect of entrepreneurship.
