Does anyone want to help me not only find, but implement real solutions to our economic problems? Does anyone have the guts to tackle the big stuff with me? We all seem to be waiting for our politicians to wake up and do something - even fastlaners - but it occurs to none of us that it is not the job of our elected officials to fix the economy that we let them destroy. It is the job of the private citizens of this country. We are the leaders, not them.
It has occurred to me that the true reason poverty exists, for example, is because we have a class system. It may be perpetuated and complicated by greed, special interests, crime, and the like...but our class system is the seed from which American poverty grows.
