Thanks Russ and MJ- my mom used to make the best iced tea one of the many things I miss about living with the folks, guess I'll have to convince her to make some when she gets back to Chicago on Tue :smxB:

just fyi. tea has caffine in it. more then soda does. double actually...

also (at least my) homemade tea has more sugar in it then soda. (I use 2-3cups of sugar per gallon of tea yeah i wasnt kidding when I said sweet tea lol)

now tea from a mix im not sure about their sugar content its been years since Ive used that stuff...

if your drinking diet soda and switch to full sugar tea Id bet you will notice at least a few xtra lbs after a while.

For some reason I can only think of "Did You Know" things from a college sex ed class....
