Hi,
I hate speaking about myself. But probably, you’ll be able to give me some suggestions after reading my short story. I get the fast lane very well and I like this concept to be freedom, but I’m very limited in many points.
My road blocks are:
1. I’m almost full disabled person who can move the left hand only and typing my 1 finger at the keyboard. If a normal man spends 10 minutes to do a job at his laptop, I have to spend 90 minutes to do the same job. It's why I always try to be a "straight shooter" in every work that I try to do. In other words, my energy conversion efficiency is pretty low. I need SPEED, SPEED and SPEED. My snail’s speed is killing me. Softwares like the dragon naturally-speaking doesn’t help me. So, seems I have to outsource almost everything. Ok, I’ve had my experience with outsourcers. And I’ve known a skilled designer, a skillful programmer and a few good writers. However, my budget is always very limited. I can’t hire outsourcers to test everything. This is what stopping me of starting new projects. I’m afraid to waste money and time on tests.
2. As I said I was afraid to lose my money because I only have a small source of income. For example, I’m having 1000 bucks right now which I could invest; however, I must be sure I won’t lose it. Because I’ll be only able to save up my next 1000 within many months.
3. I’m a jack of all trades. I know this and that, but I’m not an expert. Seem I don’t have any special skills or knowledge to create my own digital product to sell. Well, this is a short list with my skills:
1. Expert at native Russian language articles. I wrote articles for a few paper magazines and newspapers (but this cannot become fastlane with my super slow typing).
2. Translate texts from English into Russian (again no fastlane).
3. Online seller. I sell different collectibles online and it what making me a living.
4. Basic SEO knowledge.
5. Managed and owned some websites in English.
6.Know HTML.
4. It’s difficult to start any business in my country ever if you have money and unique idea. This is why I like the Internet. And as a non-english speaker, I must improve my English a day to a day.
What’s the point of my topic? I don’t know. I just know I have no big margin of time. I must start to change my life right now. Anyway, I’ve created this thread not because I try to attract attention to my person just because I’ve got some unique problems. I'm not of this type of people who want to get the ready resolution of their fu..ing problems. I always try to reach my goals without keeping any thoughts in mind that somebody must help me because I'm a disabled dude. I never took a penny as a donation. And I try to be independent as well as possible in my situation. However, I’ll be thankful for every wise advice from your guys. This is a HUGE challenge for me to make big money in my condition. I have to clear my head and then move fast.
