Why I'm close to killing the idea before starting (My Concerns):

Why I'm close to killing the idea before starting (My Concerns):
- Market Ceiling (Scale Problem): The amateur crowd that could spend money on this in Turkey is 200k-300k people at best. Even if I execute perfectly and capture 10% of the market (30k people), with a 5% conversion rate, I'm left with a maximum of 1500-2000 paying users. The ceiling of the reward feels too low compared to the time and effort required to build the community.
- Cost of Changing Behavior (Friction): The target audience is an elite, affluent crowd hanging out in closed networks (their own private WhatsApp groups). Breaking their free and effortless habits to make them actively visit a forum and download a matchmaking app will burn serious Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- The Physical Product/Inventory Trap: Initially, I thought about supporting the platform with e-commerce (selling rackets, balls, etc.). But due to new customs laws in Turkey, dropshipping is basically dead. With limited capital, I risk turning into a traditional shopkeeper holding physical inventory and chasing shipments. The "time freedom" that a digital business is supposed to bring will vanish with operational burdens.
