Curious to hear your failures/losses in building your business. This month has been one of the most hellacious months I've experienced in quite a while, business wise. Pipes bursting everywhere in my rentals after the cold front that's currently hitting the southeast, deals falling apart, problems with properties I have under contract to sell, some tenants not paying, Losing money on a couple flips, the list goes on. It does make me grateful that I have a lot of liquidity and none of it will change my life, but Make me feel better! Would love to hear the problems and some of your months/days/weeks where you were just getting your shit rocked like this. You know, the kind of experiences that make you want to say F this, I'd rather be average and get a job. Do you ever feel like it's 1 step forward, 2 steps back?
