Teacher...love the job...just stagnating...

Hi,

I'm a teacher from Singapore. But everyday, I feel like I am dying from a lack of growth here. Also have begun to notice that I am becoming angrier about my work. I have done a few Non-CENTS businesses, but to no avail...not surprised

But when my daughter was born, I actually recalled a time in the past in my youth when my father took out his frustrations on us kids as he was retrenched from a job. He was dedicated and loved his job. But when he was one of the people slated for retrenchment, he became bitter...

And that there is my why. Im only 31 this year. My late dad was retrenched at 43. I do not want to have moments where im frustrated and angry that I take it out on my kids and wife.

There is the possibility that you can build a successful product/service within the field of education, since you already have the background and well, we know that our education systems, regardless of what part of the world we live in isn't exactly built to fully benefit our children.
