Supplement Distribution Question

I have been contacted by a large company in Europe that wants to be a distributor of my supplement. They initially wanted exclusive rights to all of Europe but I managed to get them to narrow it down to a region until they can prove to me they can move quantity.

Only issue now is the choice they gave me.. don't know which would be better or why? Im 50/50 in it right now.

First order they want is 1,000 bottles but gave me a choice...

1) We can create our own label per their recommendations/language and they would distribute and market the supplement under our brand name.

2) We manufacturer our product but sell it to them as private label. They will use their own supplement company label, market and sell the product however they want at whatever price they want.


Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
