Hello Fastlaners,

I have found a great video about a restaurant in San Diego which uses a special software to manipulate the prices based on live demands.

In my opinion it is an interesting idea, I would really like to visit a restaurant like this.

What are your thoughts?
Can it be a profitable business?
Is this innovation only enough to differentiate yourself from the competition?
Can you build up a brand from this approach and maybe create a fastlane business by making it a franchise?
