Still learning to crawl - Looking forward to the run

Hi guys I am new to this forum and I am from the UK (London). I read TMF last year and have been kicking myself for not joining this forum sooner.

I'm 24, have not reached my financial goals yet and I feel like I am just getting by. Over the years I have attempted quite a few projects; however, I haven't got anything to stick just yet. My family and friends praise me for having a "good" job (I don't peacock - its just the perception people have of being an Analyst); however, even though I basically work 8-12 hours per day, I am just getting by. Getting married recently didn't help my situation either; but it did wake me up

Don't worry I have not joined this forum to gain sympathy or to be spoon fed. I hope that by frequenting I will be able to continue developing and hopefully get a few gems that will make my next attempt more fruitful.

I intend to update the group after reaching my next milestone. Thanks for having me

Be glad you 'woke up' at 24!!! Congratulations and I can related to wanting to stop the 8 hour+ a day work life!
