Hi everyone, I thought I did this already and all of my past posts have been deleted so here goes again.
I'm Steve living in Beijing since 2006. My background is in IT infrastructure. I have read the book and the ideas in it resonate. I am an avid learner and currently read about 2-3 educational books per week. I also take action to develop business and relationships.
Is it fair to say I want the "easy" way to do thing? Is that lazy? It is all about how one looks at it. Some of my biggest accomplishments are achieving CCIE and learning Chinese. Both of these are accomplishments that othes consider difficult. I found them both quite easy without ever having to study. I did spend time on each of them and was able to find enjoyable activities that allowed me to succeed.
The objective is when it comes to earning money to find the same method. To find the enjoyable, rapidly progressing method. For both of the above accomplishments, they were achieved in about 2 years. I expect the same when the effective method is found for finances. That would be what I consider fastlane.
