Basically, this is a nitty-gritty article for thinking about SCALE.
Jason Cohen wrote a great essay/flowchart to evaluate if your startup/business is viable or not. Every good business provides value by solving some need or problem, but as he writes:
"[Some] companies fail because solving a problem is—perhaps surprisingly—not nearly enough to build a successful company."
2) Someone read Jason's article above and built a Startup Viability calculator (similar to MJ's weighted decision matrix). Check it out here: Startup Viability Score (Interactive Calculator)
