Greetings everyone,
A little background about me: I have been in commercial property management for 10 years and obtained my brokerage license here in Phoenix last year. I have consistently managed 19+ office, retail, industrial and medical buildings and to be honest, daily management has become pretty easy/boring. My thought is to take what I have learned and apply it by starting my own company. I want to start something that provides expanded online services to clients and provide more value by offering websites and virtual tours as part of our agreements.
I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience in starting a commercial management company and could offer any guidance on getting started?
