A few days ago it was my mother's birthday.My sisters gave her as a present to have a woman come once a month and clean the apartment. This woman came and cleaned. Using the products and equipment that my mother owned and got a previously agreed amount instead. My mother was happy about this and told me that when she told her friends about it her friends started saying that they would like to have a service like that. Suddenly it hit me. I could probably get a person to clean apartments (and do a very good job). And I could take a certain % off every job that I'd provide them. Meaning that I'd get x amount of money for each time the person cleans an apartment.There wouldn't be any investment in equipment.Only in promoting and I think that word of mouth would be the best. And it's easily expandable (more jobs means getting more people without any purchases of equipment or products). I am going to think this a little more and see if I can set it up. But this shows that business doesn't have to be too complicated or fancy.
