Some of you expressed interest in having a slack group to keep each other accountable in my introduction thread. I thought I would put up a feeler to see if anyone would be interested.
At the summit, I learned about this application called Slack. I'd like to give this a try with a closed group.
This will be a closed group to 3 - 4 people. Slack chat will be held twice a week. Discussions will be transparent to all 3 - 4 people but will be kept private outside of the chat.
Each week we will have two 1 hour chat. Each chat will be split between two 30 minutes chats. It will go something like this:
Discussion about Person A business: Day 1 30 minutes
Discussion about Person B business: Day 1 30 minutes
Discussion about Person C business: Day 2 30 minutes
Discussion about Person D business: Day 2 30 minutes
In each mini chats, we will only discuss the person's business. This will help us be more focused on the exact subject matter. We will give advice/solutions...etc.
The person in this group must be motivated and get sh*t done. This person can be absolutely new to a more advanced person.
Here is a little about me:
I've done the whole amazon selling all of 2015. This year, I finally nailed down my niche and in the process of launching several new products. I think this group can benefit me to keep myself accountable but I also think that I can give a lot of advice/pointers to newer sellers.
I also have experience with product development. Some of you have seen my kickstarter campaign. Although I did not meet my goal, I did learn tremendously with the whole kickstarter to the actual product development part of it.
