I have a app idea that I feel can be used by a lot of people, its for a pretty big niche community that is only growing. I want to make a extremely simple forum where people can talk with each other, help each other out, meet up, etc. There would be like 8 categories you can post from at most. I'm not interested in making it all fancy and stuff. I don't care about making money from it, I just want to help out this particular community. How much would something like this cost if I wanted someone to do it for me? Should I just learn how to do it myself? How long would it take for me to learn? I would like to have this done in 6 months or less. Not sure if that's a realistic time frame or not, I have no idea how long it would take someone to do it.
