Hi all. I managed to get my hands on property that is some what in a developing area. No sewer system but is close to a busy town.

The idea is to build rental units and i will need to have proper toilet system so that i can raise the rent. Now my question is: Is it a good idea to intall a septic sewer system for the toilets or will it be a bad idear for a nine units rental. How quickly will it fill up and how often will it need emptying??

Now i have two 1000 liter tanks that i have kept for a while {See pictures below} and i plan on using them in my home made septic system. is it a good idear to build onone on my own?27281
