Hey everyone,

My realtor just brought me a house i'm considering but its in (as described) a section 8 neighborhood. I went in the house and its not really that bad. The neighborhood on the other hand wouldnt be my first choice to live.

If we were to buy this house and keep it rented we would own it completely with in 4 years.

Considering the large ROI (obviously a dirt cheap house) would you give it a whirl, or let it go?

Also those that do rent Section8 what kind of results are you getting from tenants?
