This is rather sad, but are you charged a fee when you request information packages from a company's investor relations (like a 10-K form)?

I normally just read them online, but I'd prefer to have them in print.

Thanks lol :huh2:

these filings are for public knowledge and can be found on that company's specific website (under investor relations) or at www.sec.gov, or even Yahoo finance

I know that, I'm asking because I want them in printed version, i.e. delivered to my front door.:fastlane:

I cannot speak for every case but whenever I have had one sent to my home for review, it is never on my dime. If there is a customer service section on the particular site that you wish to receive one from, that would be great for double checking.

Call investor relations of the specific company. Tell them to send you an annual report. Learn how to read and interpret them. Disregard any salesmanship within report. Stick to the financials and the Chairman's or CEO's letter at the front.

I could not agree with this more! Really learn what the P/L statement and Balance Sheet is telling you. But more importantly really focus and understand the Cash Flow statement. You want to see how they are managing the cash!!!!!
