But at the user level, hyper-success stories are still rare. AI seems to be a tool that benefits hundreds of millions of people only slightly, with very few extreme winners. That’s counterintuitive.
One reason (suggested by ChatGPT) could be the execution bottleneck. AI can make someone 5–10× more productive, but if the business model is crowded or low-margin, that boost doesn’t translate into life-changing income. Big players can scale instantly. Individuals can’t — not without unique distribution, niche expertise, or capital.
At the moment, I don't quite fully buy into this pessimistic tone.
Most people, including me, have been using gunpowder to create firecracker shows. I suspect this is the reason.
I have no proven process or blueprint to print results and progress results using AI.
I intend to use this thread to document the process at an individual level to unlock the maximum impact with AI that prints progress and results in life.
