I need a book / video course / audio course on SMART goals.
My system is to set short term goals (achievable in 24 - 48 hours) that are subordinate to a major goal.
I get it done and create the next one. But I feel I could improve goal setting.
So what are the best resources on practical goal setting that you know?
(I want to avoid visualization, I want to avoid dreaming about my goals instead of doing them. I'm more interested in the planning phase, breaking it done, streamlining and eliminating potential execution errors instead of "having the universe accomplish my goal").
