I just joined the forum after finishing reading MF a week ago. Not sure if I've posted in the right section.

I have an idea to set up an online recruitment agency to connect Locums to jobs in the medical field e.g. Pharmacy etc. I am not medically qualified at all, but have worked in a Pharmacy for the last 5 years (my dad's a pharmacist) so have some experience running one and a shop in general.

I would like to create a platform for Shops/Practices & Locums to connect in a way so make it easier for both to find each other either to employ someone (shop) or for employment (locum). My fee would be a small % of the locum's wage charged to the shop, and possibly a small yearly fee for locums to join.

I would first start by contacting Shops/Practices to get them on board and then marketing our brand.

I would like advice, if possible, about how to set up recruitment website (or any other related advice) and potential things to look out for.
