Greetings Forum,

I have had a recruitment agency for a few years now, like the business model, everything is working nicely and there aren't any problems connecting qualified personnel with good jobs. I work in Hospitality so it's low-mid level educated personnel.

But I have one big problem called Meta (aka Facebook).

My jobs have 4 requirements:

- basic experience
- good English level
- EU Citizen
- 18-50yo

Now Facebook has a special ad category when you make marketing campaigns for hiring personnel and it follows some EU law against discrimination and removes almost all options for targeting audiences which leads to...

60% of my ad money going to waste because it shows A LOT of ads to people 50+ years old because I can't set the age and it shows a lot of ads to people who are not the nationality of the country I am targeting which leads to 2 out 3 messages being someone from Pakistan or Bangladesh living in that Country who I can't hire even tho I plaster EU CITIZENS ONLY 30 times on the ad.

I like targeting Facebook since people without jobs spend a lot of time there but I am open to anything

I am looking for creative ideas that could bring more value to my CPM or some new ideas for marketing.

I currently use paid online ads, posting on groups and job sites in different countries.
