North American beef quality is trash. Same with every other category of food in this nutritional wasteland.I just seen this ad from ButcherBox and idk about anyone else but this sounds like big money that could be made...
I wonder how much it would cost to produce what they're looking for?

I am in Canada and just ordered half a cow of beef from a place that doesn't allow grains anywhere near the animals, and raises them right. It costs a lot more than "feed lot" junk beef. This is my first time doing so, hopefully it is great. I already bought my new freezer in preparation, but unfortunately I don't get the meat until October.
