North American beef quality is trash. Same with every other category of food in this nutritional wasteland.
I am in Canada and just ordered half a cow of beef from a place that doesn't allow grains anywhere near the animals, and raises them right. It costs a lot more than "feed lot" junk beef. This is my first time doing so, hopefully it is great. I already bought my new freezer in preparation, but unfortunately I don't get the meat until October.
