Quick Question About Wordpress

I use wordpress a lot to build by empire and I was wondering if anyone knew about users and if they had their own URL so when you go there it would display all of the posts by that user. One of our blogs has a whole list of writers and it would be nice to link each name so people could see all the articles by that user.

Now, I am assuming this is an archive issue. It's the same idea as finding all posts by category or by date. Just need a way to archive by user.

Anyone know?? Thanks
