Question about "Ultralearning"

I'm reading "Ultralearning: Master Hard Skills, Outsmart the Competition, and Accelerate Your Career" by Scott H. Young. This is one of the books recommended by @MJ DeMarco .
I am finding it very interesting,especially because it "deciphers" the elements that make up the learning process of individuals with above-average abilities in order to glean their secrets. I won't say more,but I absolutely recommend it. 4 out of 5 stars.
I found,at least in my opinion,one particular flaw,if you can call it that:
At one point,the author states that this method is not for everyone. This statement gave me the feeling of a method that works for some and does not work for others,and if you fall in the second group there is nothing you can do about it,sorry,you spent $20 to read a book about a method that cannot work for you.
It gave me that feeling. I would of course be happy to be proven wrong.
