Question About Specialized Labour to find

Hello, this is my fourth post on the forum. I realised i just need to get off my a$$ and stop making excuses for not taking any action. I watched MJ's video about how to start when you're broke. In the video it starts with a foundational job. Though i've never had a job in my life or gotten paid to do anything and all the money i've been given are just handouts from family. I don't think that's necessary as all my essential needs are covered by my parents and i won't be able to fit school with a regular job. So i'm moving on to a specialized labour which could also serve as a foundational job as it's also easier to fit with university. So i wish to ask, how can i find specialized labour to offer to people? Can it be learnt on the internet? If it can be learnt on the internet how can i sell/market myself so people find me? This is really challenging as i have almost no network of people to ask. I'm also currently learning web design but i feel i need to go through this steps to increase my earning potential and possibly gain a new skill.
