Let's say hypothetically you built a completely unique app that got 30-50k regular users. The app is free but the ads are only providing a minimal amount of revenue.

How would you gauge the value of this? Solely by what the ads are bringing in?

unless it's an instagram or something that has ALOT of users, to me the value of the app is purely based on how much it's bringing in. That and also the life cycle of most apps are fairly short.
