Hey everybody, I m just wondering if anyone has any insight into property development in Oz, e.g. Buying land in growing suburbs, sub dividing, and selling. I m currently 22 getting around $900-$1100 a week take home doing civil construction works. My goal is to start out small. Research, Research, buy my first lot of land which is council friendly with plans. Then i would do the civil(e.g. earthworks, sewer, stormwater, concreting etc) myself, Build the house and sell. My idea is to eventual be buying a lot of land, with a company consisting of building/electrical/plumbing and reality. I have one mate who is doing property appreciation values now, is an ex real estate agent and is doing his building certificate. Plus I have various mates in various trades. I myself have 3 years of electrical under me civil experience and am currently applying for business and financial online. Any help would be much appreciated because....
