I am just getting back from the summit and I am motivated to do some non-traditional marketing tactics. I am currently a flipper, wholesaler, and landlord. Deals are getting harder to come by and I am considering doing some facebook and google ads.
This thread is going to follow my progress as I enter in to the facebook/google ads source of generating revenue.
Before I get started, I want to tune up my lead page.
My lead page is for motivated/distressed sellers.
Before I start spending money on advertising, I wanted to get some advice and honest critique from the experts on marketing.
My concern is the messaging. Am I conveying the right message, or what I think the seller wants to hear. How can I change up the format so it converts better?
I have also considered putting a testimonial in instead of the pictures on the page.
