[Progress Thread] Becoming a $1,000,000 a year Webflow designer

Hey everyone,

I know a number of people who are making over $1,000,000 a year all solo, exclusively with Webflow. If they can do it then I can do it, even though I don’t have a solid background in design or development. I always thought you would have to be born with great design skills but realized you can learn anything you want.

I’m going to give myself 5 years to get here and starting mostly from scratch. This isn’t fast lane starting out, but is going to turn into partnerships, products, services, consulting opportunities, and maybe even a design agency.

Most important: I’m going to enjoy the journey! I love good design and going to put my heart and soul into making this happen.

This is my progress thread to keep myself accountable, inspire others, and create a visual roadmap of my journey.

I’m going to start out with learning Figma and design principles. Next, I’m going to continue Learning Webflow really well and start creating killer sites. Eventually I plan on taking on freelance work, join twitter to make connections, and looking to expand into partnerships, products, and services.

So here we go I plan on making a weekly progress update here.
