Product/Company name - Help us decide!

My company has a product that we are trying to name. It is a product for insulated wine glasses, tumblers, travel cups, etc. It is based around the insulated wine tumbler.

We are trying to decide between names or come up with new ones, here are a few that we have narrowed it down to.
Clinq
Vino
Bubbly
Pop
Corkz
Fizz
Cork’d

Our biggest competitors are: Bevi, Swig and Sip.

Just wanting to get feedback or ideas. Other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Have you checked that you can actually use these names? Are the websites available? I would hate for everyone to vote and you to choose only to find out you cant use it. Which I would bet is at least a few of those.

Clinq is cool, but why not let your customers/followers pick the name? That worked great for me. Remember, the product is for them, not us. If you don’t have any, you might be action faking.

Run a Google ads campaign to validate which name THE MARKET wants.

Have you checked that you can actually use these names? Are the websites available? I would hate for everyone to vote and you to choose only to find out you cant use it. Which I would bet is at least a few of those.

Our company is already under a different name, this is a new product that we are adding. We already have our website.

I don't know elsewhere, but Fizz is a cellphone provider gaining a lot of traction in the last couple of years in Canada.

I'm just wondering... why even bother asking our opinion ? We're not your customers. We're not you. it's YOUR brand. Don't waste too much time, choose a name and go for it.

Suggestions like @PizzaOnTheRoof gave can probably yield better results.

If you already have a website and a brand, then the name doesnt matter too much, as said above, let customers decide, maybe run a contest or something to increase engagement.

When people start searching for your company, I doubt if they search

you'd be anywhere near the top. So I'll vote for clinq. Even then some people might search for "clink".

Side note, my neighbor and I had an idea of a "cold cup" that would stay cold instantly when you cracked it, but we never figured out how to achieve that hah. Good luck.

Your 3 competitors really has some nice websites and branding, especially Swig.

Not sure what your company or brand is like, but if it's similar to Swig's aesthetics (cute and upbeat) and you call your product Clinq, it doesn't gel well. Clinq feels too clinical and serious to me (unless your company's brand has a more serious mood, of course).

I would personally choose Pop and Bubbly, but because those are too generic and taken, I would probably do a word-play/twist on those two.

Not a big fan of any of them, they're all OK. The word "clinq" reminds me of the clink, or prison.

Considering the cup is to keep things cold, is Chillz available?

I like the idea of the product but I'm not sure on most of the names in the poll. They don't see appropriate to the actual product, but the products you use them for. Clinq would be the best option of those listed in my opinion as a consumer.

I like clinq, and the SEO for that word is super easy. There's only 1-2 companies with the same word, and one of them is in Europe.

The messaging would be easy too. Have a bunch of ladies on the beach partying, and end it with a clink sound effect and your logo popping out.

By the looks of this thread, the name is gaining attention.

Not sure what your product is actually like, but there's 2000 other people selling the same Maars Drinkware at bottom of the barrel prices.
