Bitfountain has a $1000 iOS8 / Swift course on sale for $89 through "StackSocial", I bought it, and it is pretty good. I had never heard of either Bitfountain or StackSocial, but I figured I would risk $89 because there is so little training material available for Swift (yet). The sale is going on for another 4 days.

I thought I would post this, since the price will supposedly go back up to Bitfountain's pre-release discounted price of $499 in a few days. They are actually still making the videos, but have most of them complete.
Wenderlich is also releasing updated Swift-versions of their various "Tutorials".
