Prepping for a new business

Been a while since I've had a business running. Almost 2.5 years. In that time I started working for a tech firm out of San Jose. I got involved in the aviation industry and the Ag industry with precision controllers and autosteering. Spent a lot of time in the last year arguing in the board rooms with different departments and learning how massive international companies work and how the policies I make run the company. The next business I launch will be a practice run and an insurance policy for the much larger move I plan on making once my contract is up. I have 4 options ahead of me at the moment which require very little daily input once running with manpower.

Each of these would take roughly $10k to get off the ground the right way and are quite scalable although locally.
Should be making my decision by the end of September but this time I have my wife on board 100% and drafting business models and requirements.
