Here's one idea, as I saw this on YouTube.

An agentic dashboard that is completely custom to my businesses, to the point I don't need to visit anything but the dashboard.

The dashboard would show my books and their sales ranks, my youtube subscriber count and comments, my emails (sorted) my social media channels (and relevant comments) the forum threads with must replies, my license contracts, due dates, daily reports that are relevant in my space (here's forum community news, here's self publishing news, here's X, Y,Z, etc.

In short, an entire nerve center for my entire business suite of operations (now 4 businesses) -- right now, the entire picture is scattered across 20-25 websites. IF I can plug all of that into one desktop dashboard, it would be worth a $1000s.

I`ve been part of similar projects, although the data aggregation was going to be used in a different way.

Everchanging rules and ways that your data sources provide their data is the main issue. Once you go above a certain number of sources you need full time people to just maintain the connections. Can this be somewhat mitigated by using AI? Maybe, but not by much, generally nobody notifies you when something changes, the connector just stops working on your end.
Also Too many sources are needed to make it viable. If you are missing just a few, you cant get the client.
Finally it horribly violates control. If tomorrow any of the source websites decides, they can end access to the data. Not to mention websites that state explicitly that the data in them should not be shared with 3rd parties.
