Positives & Negatives of affiliate marketing

Hey Fasteners, I wanted to make this thread because I have always considered affiliate marketing. I have done research are the topic but I feel its best if someone who has done or is currently doing it speaks about it. I feel like this thread will be good like for people like myself who are considering getting into it but might know the pros and cons. Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated!

First of all, have you read the books? Mj talks about affiliate marketing, especially when talking about commandment of Control.

I see a lot of threads of people who want to get into affiliate marketing. I'm always wondering why that is. This is the fastlane forum and MJ correctly said: AM is not a fastlane. I've been an affiliate myself (and an offer owner) and I think I can say that I'm one of the more successful guys...

This thread is quite old but sums up preatty effectively pros and cons of affiliate marketing.

In general, doing something is better than doing nothing. So if you want to step into affiliate marketing you should go for it, you will learn way more than doing nothing (but read mj’s books as long as other threads on this forum on this topic).
