An idea for taking advantage of the Pokemon Go hype:
Rent or buy a cheap van. Add comfortable seats, make sure the AC works well. Stock up with refreshments and snacks. Offer Pokemon catching tours for $10/person per hour, with a free drink + free snack per hour. It's a decent hourly wage after expenses, with a full van, and you can hire to scale.
Possibly have set routes that are published on website so people can choose hours for different routes, or some type of loyalty program (10 hours = shirt or cap or what not).
It's a step up from the "poke mart" idea. And I imagine there will be lazy Pokemon Go players, especially when it's hot as hell outside.
