With respect to keeping her figure: She may have been a diabetic without knowing it.
Weight loss, or at least a lack of weight gain, can be a sign of diabetes 2.
How she managed to keep her teeth is indeed a mystery with this amount of coke, particularly if she drinks it in several sessions over a day, without thoroughly rinsing her mouth with water after each sip of coke.
