I stumbled upon a YouTube video talking about MJ DeMarco's two books The Fast Lane Millionaire and Unscripted . I have started with The Millionaire Fastlane and have read 35 Chapters so far in 3 days and I am greatly inspired and hope to speed-up my Fastlane process.
I wasted so much valuable time and productive years working as an IT Manager for a number of The Fortune 500 companies. I got to a point where I started hurting my job and dreaded Mondays. Because of this, I started contemplating quitting my job and started a Barbershop as a side hustle. Despite hurting my job, I didn't have the courage to quit as I felt like I wasn't ready yet. Before I could even quit on my own, I got laid off due to change of Structure in the organisation I worked for. Since I couldn't find another job, I registered a company and started providing IT Consultancy services and been at it since 2016. From, what I have read so far in The Millionaire Fastlane , I need some serious course correction to do in order to get in the Fastlane. I look forward to being of value much as I hope to be transformed by being part of this forum.
