How would I go about structuring a business purchase using other people's money and keeping myself isolated financially in case of a problem? (i.e. no personal guarantees) I bought an electrical contractor a year and a half ago which depleted my excess cash and with the economy I'm reluctant to risk much of my own money. The economy has created numerous good, although slow, contracting businesses that could be picked up for big discounts right now which would allow me to build a partial vertical monopoly which would be helpful with current customers and if/when I decide to flip or build new homes/apartments
