We get a call, do the repair, and get paid.
But after reading Built To Sell, one of @MJ DeMarco recommended readings, I've decided to change the way I do business.
Something I'll be doing differently is charging customers for our services up front. In order to do that I need a way for customers to pay for services and schedule appointments online through our website or through a link to a booking site of some sort.
Square, Inc. currently has a service that almost meets all my needs but I wanted to see if anyone out there is using another service they'd recommend.
