Okay, so I need some help with, I think, common issue.
I'm running online language school in Poland for 2 months now and in spite of the fact that we have great product to give/sell (10+ experienced teachers and crystal clear video communication tool) we have problems to have more clients. Actual ones are content with our service.
I can't figure is that polish just don't belive in e-learning or maybe our site is made wrong and un-trendy. We have FB fan page, but that's it. Stagnation.
But let's be constructive. Our USP are:
- availability from any place with internet connection (so You don't need to commute),
- client is up-paying monthly with credit card (so You're not bonded to us - we give freedom to You) and
- we have social network inside where You can maintain contact with people met on lessons.
So what's the deal?
First - is this the Fastlane? From my analysis, it is. It's scalable and it's internet based
Second - we're nearly out of money so pricey ad campaigns are out of here. Cheap ones were used and no response gathered (response I mean client who left cash) except traffic with big bounce rate.
I'm trying to go with Wolf Ollins saying that brand is no marketing, but action, creating realities and emotion.
So I tried quiz games with coupons as prizes on Blip (it's polish Twitter, but soo little), but from dozen of winners no one client gathered. Facebook is dead for now - don't have idea to make it alive.
Any suggestions are welcome.
