Online Credit Card Fraud

Hoping some of you with e-commerce sites might have some suggestions. Have had someone buy 9k worth of goods online from us and the transaction was disputed the following month.

Our bank has said we need to prove cardholder approved transaction. We have a stack of information including signatures from various recipients of the goods but the bank won't tell us the name of the creditcard holder saying it's different to what was on original transaction...makes it pretty hard to prove they authorised when they don't tell us who they are...we believe card holder is one of those who signed for goods.

I believe we know who it is and have address details and mobile number so will hand to police but unfortunately already know what the outcome of that will be...
