Hello
I live in Ward Arkansas, we (me and wifey) are in the process of moving to the Arkansas metro area.
When I was a child I told my parents that I did not want to grow up just to pay bills never have anything left over and work all the time... they would just laugh and say "that just how it is" It would make me so mad and depressed, and I determined that I would not live like that.
Now I'm 26 (will be 27 in January) and my life is "ok" but far from great, no I don't live "pay check to pay check" and the only bill that is a debt, that I have ever had is the mortgage.
BUT...
While there is $X,XXX put in savings every month I'm a long way from having freedom from trading five days for two.
At the age of 12 I discover that I loved calculators, especially calculating financial data. That is when the dream was born to own my own company, and the dilemma (working until i died) I faced if It was not accomplished.
So why am I still working for someone else and not working for my very own customers? Simple. I failed to take action, Oh I read books, followed the life's of entrepreneurs and keep up with the latest innovations. But I allowed the limitations of my mind to hold me back. You know, I need THE idea, I don't have any friends that think like me, I don't have money, I.. I... I...
In august 2016 I got tired of laying on that nail, I started an eCom shop selling cycling jerseys and gear. My wife started a lady's boutique. My company failed the commandment of need and entry, and while my wife made three sales the first month her shop failed the commandment of entry. I starting searching the web and found TFLF and TFM. My mind has felt like it was going to explode on multiple occasions, the wealth of knowledge and value on here is astounding. I closed shop and my wife is debating on closing hers.
I was in college last year but dropped out, while deeply contemplating about a future position a wave of depression and dissatisfaction washed thru me, it does not matter how much I'm payed or how high I go if I'm working on something someone else build I will never be happy, I must create my on value to offer the world before I leave it.
Edit: After reading this I noticed that there is a lot of I's in it sorry about that! I (there we go again dang it!) hate writing about myself for that reason.
