So I was one of the very early member here. Can't remember which member number I was. You used to be able to look at your profile and see that info. It was somewhere in the first 200.
I was quite active. Had some successes in life, got a big head, and became quite an ignorant jacka$$ on here. Not to the point of being removed or anything. I actually had a high rep score at the time. But I had to take some time away and work on myself instead of my business.
So for the past 5ish years, I have been retooling my brain. Becoming more focused. Identifying my passions, etc.
My biggest issue from my past activities was I was caught up in a money chasing cycle for the sake of money. I wasn't mature enough to see in myself what I would really enjoy pursuing and what I would not. Every money making post on here was great to me. I was like a young dog let loose in a field full of dog urine from 1000's of different dogs.
So during this time I shut down multiple ventures that were earning money, but I really did not care about. I have some ideas I am working on right now which I won't talk about here in detail until it is achieved. That being said, I will say it is two tracks, a business and a RE empire. The business is structured or will be to feed the RE empire. Most the pieces are now in place, just a few fires to put out yet.
I had to start a new account because the old one revealed my identity, and I am currently in a legal matter (as the plaintiff) with my current employer, and the less they know about my current activities the better.
It is great to be back. I will be posting a specific question in the RE forum in the next few days. I have my eyes on a great deal with a big problem. If I can solve the problem, the ROI jumps to 100%+ per year, so I need some help from the hive brain.
Hopefully, I can be a better person as I interact with you all, and thank you for all you have and will teach me moving forward.
